- Personal data of individuals located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) may be transferred to a jurisdiction outside the EEA because Nuggets technology is based on a decentralized system and distributed ledger and we use service providers with global systems in hosting and in executing identity verification and transactions via the App. No other third parties will receive any personal data. Your personal data will be held by us on the same no knowledge basis wherever it is stored.
- If we transfer any personal data, which you may instruct us to do by operation of the website, we will only transfer data to service providers in countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection by the European Commission. If we use service providers, this will be on contractual terms which give personal data the same protection as it has in the EEA.
