Information Collection

For the purposes of this privacy policy, Nuggets Ltd (“Nuggets”, “we”, “our” or “us”) collects personally identifiable information (which includes for these purposes personal data within the meaning of EU Directive 95/46/EC and EU Regulation 2016/679) provided by individuals through use of our website, located at https://www.nuggets.life (the “Website”) or the provision of contact information by individuals through tools available on the Website.

Direct Collection of Personally Identifiable Information. In order to sign up for updates through the Website, users may provide personal information, such as their email address and name.

Collection of Use Information. We may also collect names and contact details of individuals who contact us using tools available on the Website.

We also collect anonymous data using Google Analytics relating to users of the Website. Retention of Personally Identifiable Information

Changes

Nuggets reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy at any time by giving notice on this page. It is strongly recommended to check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification listed at the bottom. If a user objects to any of the changes to the privacy policy, the User must cease using the Website and can request that Nuggets removes the personally identifiable information. Unless stated otherwise, the then-current privacy policy applies to all personal data Nuggets collects from users through the Website or the provision of contact information by individuals through tools available on the Website.
